At Riker Digital Studio, every item is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed.

Every item is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. This helps reduce waste and overproduction while allowing us to create products with intention and care.

Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, slight variations in print placement, color, or sizing may occur.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We only accept returns or exchanges for:
• Damaged items
• Defective products
• Incorrect items received

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer's remorse
• Change of mind
• Minor color or print variations
• Delays caused by shipping carriers

3. SIZING DISCLAIMER

Please review all sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Because items are made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing selections.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend comparing measurements with a favorite shirt you already own.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

5. RETURN PROCESS

If your return request is approved:

2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
3. We will review your request and provide next steps

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

6. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

8. LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Riker Digital Studio is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
